Good to Know
Availability
To ensure your preferred appointment time, please schedule your spa day as far in advance as possible. For groups & those requesting multiple services, please call if you can’t find the time/date you’re looking for online. We can sometimes make adjustments to accommodate you, or we can add you to our waitlist.
Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Mobility Impaired
Our building is 3 stories, and we understand this may be inconvenient for some. We have 2 treatment rooms on the main floor. Please let us know when booking if you need accommodations, so we can be sure to guarantee the space.
Prenatal
Several of our providers are gifted in prenatal massage, so let us know in advance if you’re expecting!
Minors
Minors over 12 are welcome, but must be accompanied at all times. Services will be provided in the same room with the responsible adult. Some services may not be available for minors.
Parking
Onsite parking is available. Please consolidate larger parties into as few vehicles as possible, and double park with your group if you are in multiple vehicles. Our staff vehicles will have a magnet stating “park here” to assist you in choosing a slot. If you are traveling solo, please pull forward into one of the parking slots closest to the building. On busier days, we do sometimes need to double park guests that are not traveling together, in this instance, we request that you leave your keys with the front desk in the event we need to valet the parking lot.
Arrival & Spa
Allow yourself 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any paperwork, and prepare for your services by relaxing in one of 3 cozy lounges before your session begins. Our therapists are focused on you, and starting your service on time allows you the full experience you deserve.
We provide robes for those booking multiple services, or upon request. Our space does not allow for a locker room, so your therapist will have your robe and slippers in the room for you to dress in after your first service.
Immerse yourself in the TeaTree experience by turning off your cell phone. Please do not take calls or watch videos while in the spa.
Relax in our lounge before and after your services, enjoy a delightful assortment of complimentary teas and other beverages available for purchase. Add on a refreshing mini-massage with beautifully sourced essential oils, or sweat it out in our Infrared Sauna. We have a delightful shop to wander through and select a gift for a loved one, or for yourself!
Gratuity is not included in the cost of your spa treatment but is greatly appreciated by your therapist or esthetician. If you enjoyed your service, it is customary to leave gratuity based on the value of the treatment received. Cash gratuity is preferred; however, gratuity may be applied to your card at the time of check out.
Cancellation
In consideration of our service providers and our other guests, we kindly request that you notify the spa directly at 706-946-2015 AT LEAST 24 hours in advance if you need to make changes to your appointment, including rescheduling and cancelling.
Whether booking online or in person, you will be required to review and agree to our full cancellation policy.
It is not our preference to charge you for services not rendered, but we do enforce our policy. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect you, accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment time, and compensate our specialists, who rely on us to manage their schedules.
